研究兴趣和研究方向:

随着当今量子信息和量子计算技术的迅猛发展,探索低维量子材料的原子结构并在亚原子尺度构筑奇异拓扑结构,是调控其物性并拓展器件应用的重要技术手段。近年我们主要从事球差扫描透射电镜技术和低维材料生长,在低维量子材料亚原子尺度的结构解析、人工构筑与物性调控方向开展了系统研究,包括:1)开发了在低维量子材料层间构筑有序金属原子层的新技术,实现了晶圆级低维铁磁薄膜的合成,为磁性和自旋电子器件的应用奠定了基础;2)利用原位球差电镜技术,通过对原子尺度拓扑结构的实时观测,确认了系列低维量子材料形成与演变机制,揭示了拓扑属性对物性的影响规律及构效关系,为实现特定材料拓扑结构的可控生长奠定了实验基础;3)结合人工智能等图像识别方法,实现了对复杂拓扑结构缺陷的精准识别和处理,为原子级材料拓扑结构分析与调控提供了重要理论基础。迄今在Nature, Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Synth.,等高水平期刊发表SCI论文160余篇。论文被引超过12,000余次,h指数63。担任InfoMat, Materials Today Electronics等期刊青年编委。


目前关注的体系包括(不限于):

1)高空间分辨扫描透射电子显微镜学

2)机器学习辅助原子图像深度分析与处理

3)新型低维材料生长
